尼龙在室温下具有良好的耐冲击性,但在低温下耐冲击性不够好。因此,尼龙的增韧改性主要是提高其低温冲击性能。安美分为两大类,一类是普通增韧尼龙,另一类是超韧尼龙。
超韧尼龙是一种耐冲击性强的尼龙。在干燥或低温状态下,其冲击强度比普通尼龙高十倍,同时仍保持尼龙的特性。
通过在PA6中加入不同的增韧聚合物,可以提高复合材料的柔韧性、耐低温性和抗冲击性。改性增韧尼龙耐辐射、紫外线,具有优异的尺寸稳定性和机械强度。这些产品大多是电动工具的特殊材料;
